Additional amenities at Pineapple Pointe include:

• Caretaker who assists with the home and lives on the island.
• 1 Golf Cart provided for renters. (Additional island rentals for $25.00 a day)
• 2 kayaks (for island hopping or use on Lubber's beach)
• Large boat dockage (85ft) availability at an additional price, just a short golf cart ride away.
• Private beach to explore and find shells, lobster, snorkeling etc.

Weekly Rates:

• $2400/1-2 people
• $2800/3-4 people
• $3200/5-6 people
• $3600/7-8 people

$1000 holding deposit required 90 days in advance. No refund within 30 days of arrival unless it gets rented for that same time. $500 security deposit to be returned as soon as caretaker says there is no damage.

Reservations & Cancellations:

Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a $1000 deposit. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made with in the 60 days are non-refundable{except security deposit} unless it gets rented for those dates, then you will be refunded in full except $100 dollars.
