The décor is an island mix of British Colonial, Tommy Bahamas style. The entire upstairs (including the loft) is all hard wood flooring, accented by a solid oak spiral staircase and vaulted ceilings. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and bedrooms and central A/C. Living room, loft and downstairs bedroom are equipped with DVD player, VCR, and Satellite television. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, with cypress wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and an island wet bar. There is a dining room table inside (as well as on the porch) and gourmet kitchen.

A pullout Futon in living room sleeps two comfortably. There are two nice size bedrooms upstairs (queen sized beds) with private bathrooms, and an additional pullout futon. Private master bedroom (totally efficient) downstairs equipped with master bath (bathtub etc.), refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, breakfast table set up, and full media. There is a loft that is fully equipped like a bedroom with media and sleeping quarters (sleeps two comfortably).
